At AIRBONE CONNECT, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and providing exceptional customer service. The following Refund and Warranty Policy outlines the terms and conditions applicable to product returns, refunds, and warranty claims.

Note: This policy is effective from 7 April 2025. Customers who made purchases prior to this date will not be affected, as there are no substantial changes from the previous version of the policy.

Trademark and Intellectual Property Notice

The trademarks, including the logo for “AIRBONE” and the trademarked name “AIRBONE CONNECT” under the business entity “GO AIRBONE,” are the exclusive property of the brand owner. Any use, reproduction, or representation of these marks without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Important Note:

It is the customer’s responsibility to read and follow the user manual instructions provided with the product. Customers must also ensure the product is compatible with their intended use prior to purchase. For example, IPX7-rated devices are water-resistant and can withstand limited water exposure (such as splashes or brief submersion), but they are not designed for activities like swimming or prolonged underwater use. Misuse or incorrect assumptions regarding product specifications will not be covered under our refund or warranty policies.

30-Day Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

• The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.
• The product must be returned in its original packaging with all original accessories and manuals.
• A valid invoice or order number must be provided.
• The return reason must relate to a verified manufacturing defect.

Refunds will not be accepted in the following cases:

• Change of mind or incorrect purchase
• Product compatibility issues
• Items that are used, damaged, or altered
• Returns lacking original packaging or accessories

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method after inspection and approval by our support team.

Restocking Fee and Return Postage

All approved refunds under the 30-Day Return Policy are subject to a restocking fee. A deduction of 10% of the original product price will be applied to cover inspection, repackaging, and inventory management costs. This fee is calculated based on the product's original purchase value, excluding any discounts, taxes, or shipping charges.

Additionally, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item.

Refunds will be processed only after the returned product has been received, inspected, and approved according to our return guidelines.

Fraudulent Claims

If we suspect fraudulent behavior by the customer, AIRBONE CONNECT reserves the right to deny any refund or warranty claim without further obligation. Any returned items deemed ineligible for refund or warranty due to such activity will be considered electronic waste and discarded or recycled in accordance with our environmental and sustainability policies.

Responsible Recycling

All returned items that are not eligible for resale will be responsibly evaluated and recycled where possible, as part of our commitment to reducing electronic waste and supporting environmental sustainability.

2-Year Limited Warranty

All AIRBONE CONNECT products are covered by a two-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty applies to functional failures caused by manufacturing defects.

The warranty does not cover:

• Cosmetic damage (such as scratches, scuffs, or discoloration)
• Accidental or intentional water damage
• Unauthorized repairs or modifications
• Damage caused by negligence or misuse

Products qualifying under this warranty may be repaired or replaced with the same or an equivalent model, subject to availability. Warranty coverage is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

Battery Warranty

Battery components are covered under a one-year limited warranty due to their consumable nature.

Warranty Claims Process

To initiate a warranty claim:

1. Contact our support team at Post Sales Support
2. Include a valid order number, proof of purchase, and clear evidence of the defect (photos or video).
3. Upon approval, instructions for return will be provided.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including international postage if applicable.

Each product is eligible for one replacement claim under the two-year warranty. If multiple claims are submitted, AIRBONE CONNECT reserves the right to investigate and deny further service in the event of fraudulent or excessive claims. Legal action may be taken if false claims are made.

In exceptional cases requiring more than one replacement, written justification must be submitted and reviewed by our brand management team.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Sale or promotional items
• Gift cards
• Customized or personalized products

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately upon receipt so we can assess the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution.
