At AIRBONE CONNECT, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and providing exceptional customer service. The following Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions applicable to domestic order processing, fulfillment, and delivery.

Note: This policy is effective from 7 April 2025. Customers who made purchases prior to this date will not be affected, as there are no substantial changes from the previous version of the policy.

Trademark and Intellectual Property Notice

The trademarks, including the logo for “AIRBONE” and the trademarked name “AIRBONE CONNECT” under the business entity “GO AIRBONE,” are the exclusive property of the brand owner. Any use, reproduction, or representation of these marks without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

1. Shipping Within Australia

We use Australia Post, Amazon MCF, and Shopify Fulfillment Network to ensure timely and secure domestic deliveries across Australia. Orders are processed and dispatched from our Australian warehouse or Amazon’s fulfillment centers for optimized shipping speeds.

2. Shipping Options & Delivery Timeframes

Australia Post Fulfillment (Standard Shipping)

• Standard up to $119 – $12.95
• Standard from $119.00 to $199.99 – Free
• Standard from $200.00 to $799.99 – $18.95
• Standard $800.00 and above – $25.95

Express Shipping

• Express up to $199.99 – $18.95
• Express from $200.00 to $799.99 – $25.95
• Express $800.00 and above – $39.95

Same-Day Dispatch: Orders placed before 12 PM (AEST) on business days will be dispatched the same day.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be shipped on the next working business day.

3. Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF) Orders

For eligible products, Amazon MCF may automatically fulfill your order. Estimated delivery windows:

• Standard: 3–7 business days
• Expedited: 2–4 business days
• Priority: 1–2 business days

MCF orders will be shipped using Amazon’s carrier partners, and tracking details will be emailed to the customer.

4. Shopify Fulfillment (If Applicable)

Some orders may be fulfilled through Shopify’s fulfillment network based on stock availability and customer proximity. Delivery timelines will match those of Australia Post or Amazon MCF, depending on carrier used.

5. Automatic Order Allocation

Orders are automatically allocated to Amazon MCF, Shopify Fulfillment, or Australia Post based on:

• Product availability
• Customer location
• Required delivery speed
• Carrier efficiency

Customers cannot manually select the fulfillment method, but all methods include shipment tracking.

6. Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders placed before 12 PM AEST on business days will be processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after this cutoff or on weekends/public holidays will be dispatched the next business day.

7. Tracking & Notifications

Tracking numbers will be emailed and made available in your customer account once your order ships. Orders fulfilled by:

• Amazon – tracked via Amazon’s carrier system
• Australia Post – tracked via the Australia Post portal
• Shopify – tracked via Shopify carrier partners

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

8. Shipping Restrictions

• We do not ship high-value electronic items to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.
• Some remote areas may experience extended delivery timeframes.
• All MCF orders must comply with Amazon’s shipping restrictions.

9. Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel is delayed, please check your tracking number first. For unresolved issues:

• Australia Post – contact Australia Post directly
• Amazon MCF – contact Amazon support or our team (Preferred)
• Shopify Fulfillment – contact AIRBONE CONNECT support

10. Returns & Refunds Policy

• Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
• Returned items must be in resalable or repairable condition.
• Refunds will not be issued for items deemed damaged, tampered with, or misused.
• Fraudulent return claims will be reported to our fraud management partner.

11. Change of Address & Order Modifications

Address changes and order modifications can only be made before the order is processed. Once dispatched, no changes can be made.
