Warranty & Refund Claims
1. What is the warranty period for AIRBONE CONNECT products?
All AIRBONE CONNECT products come with a standard 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. This covers manufacturing defects and product malfunctions under normal usage conditions.
Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. If your product stops working under normal use due to a manufacturing issue, we’ll repair, replace, or refund it based on the situation.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, water damage (unless the product is marked as water-resistant), normal wear and tear, or damage from improper installation.
Please contact us at consumerseed@goairbone.com with your order details, a description of the issue, and photos or videos showing the defect. We’ll guide you through the warranty process.
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, unopened products in original packaging. Return shipping costs may apply unless the product is faulty.
Once your returned product is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
If the return is due to a defect or our error, return shipping is free. If it’s a change-of-mind return, you’ll be responsible for return shipping costs.
Please report it to us within 7 days of delivery by emailing consumerseed@goairbone.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll take care of it promptly.
Yes. Refunds or replacements are only approved after product inspection. Items showing misuse, modification, or damage caused by the user will not be eligible.
